"We, the citizens!" Course 👍- a joint effort of NomadUni and HarvardUni of educating citizens about their Constitutional Rights have reached the mike-stone : third🥉 class June 18, 2025, the middle of the course was totally devoted to the Power of Courts - the Third Power, who checks ✔️ balances the other two branches of Government - Legislative and Executive 

We delved in depth into the diverse and highly complex Judicial System of the USA and learned, how multiple courts - on all the different levels of governance - are operating.

We also learned how Supreme Court of United States is working - from rules of appointment to funding of their work and discussed, what it takes - to guarantee courts Independence and high professionalism in performing ♎️ ⚖️ in the name of people's intetests, according to publicly adopted Constitution.

We learned some facts about Supreme Court Justices and imagined, how would it feel for Nomad class participants to act as independent judges.

Who knows, 🤨 may be some of you will accept such a role in future !😉 😊 👏
