Celebrating 🎆 anniversary 🎉 of our GEORGIAN partner NGOs — Independent living Center and Alliance of Women with disabilities of Ajara! 💐
We knew, that our hosts — Dea and Ramini — who represent two NGOs, sharing Independent Living Center were about to celebrate 🥳 the birthday of Alliance of Women with disabilities- and we wanted to conclude our class with surprise: couple of bottles of our favourite Saperavi spumante, specially delivered by Игорь @zelmanov from Mahinhauri and several very special symbolic gifts: 🎁 the badge of «Heroes of 6 May», which I kept from 2012, after participating in Bolotnaya protests in Moscow, a small blue Crow — symbol of HSE Public Policy department, that we created on 20-th anniversary of Vishka, and special wooden sign of Nomad University, specially created by our graduates as recognition to new 🆕 students.
All of these symbols care a lot of meaning: tireless citizen actions, interest in good education and our common learning at Global 🌍 Nomad University 🎓.
We ended the meeting with family photo, with Nomad graduates signs 🛑, and look forward to defenses on 12 July 2025, after which our Georgian activist partners will also proudly wear signs of NomadUni graduates 😁
