We, the citizens! Constitution and it’s people

Wednesday we had our last class on «We, the citizens!». And it was devoted to Constitution «beyond the borders»👌🤓

Lecture on Constitutional Right to Peaceful Assembly, beginning with this right internationally protected by OSCE/ODIHR Guidelines on FoA, which I had an honour to participate in drafting — with international team of legal scholars from many OSCE countries and on ezmples how those Guidelines translate into regulation of assemblies in national legislation , including Georgian Law on regulating Assemblies and various Police practices.

«We, the citizens!» Course 👍- a joint effort of NomadUni and HarvardUni of educating citizens about their Constitutional Rights have reached the mike-stone : third🥉 class June 18, 2025, the middle of the course was totally devoted to the Power of Courts — the Third Power, who checks ✔️ balances the other two branches of Government — Legislative and Executive 

Our second class at June 11, 2025 of «We, the citizens!» of Nomad-Uni together with «We, the people!» of Harvard-Uni course was an extraordinary one, directly matching «theory» and «practice» of Citizen Participation in defending constitutional rights — of citizens and non-citizens alike, in both Georgia and the United States of America.

Congrats, 🎉 everyone! June 4, 2025 we have started one of most important and most challenging  courses 😉 at Nomad University 🎓 since its first 🥇 semester — the Nomad-Harvard course on Constitution and citizen participation — «We, the citizens!» Constitution for everyone.
