Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a wellness system based on more than 2,000 years of experience and knowledge accumulated by Chinese doctors. TCM uses unique methods and approaches to maintain and restore health, based on the principles of balance and harmony between body and spirit.

- Fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine. What is immunity and what does it depend on? Where does it “live” and what does it “feed on”? How did healers in ancient China strengthen immunity? Ancient Chinese Medicine: the foundations and principles of the School of the Yellow Emperor and Doctor Bian Que.
- Why do we get sick? Who are the enemies of immunity, and who are its allies? How are chronic diseases connected with weakened immunity? Key “life centers” of the body: what are they? Primary Yuan Qi points.
- How do we undermine our immunity, and how can we strengthen it? Is this possible? Signs of reduced immunity. Using Yuan points in treatment.
- Can immunity be “made” to work? Features of children’s immunity. What is Qi, or energy? How does energy increase the body’s ability to “resist” illness? Functions of extraordinary points.
