Global Nomad University

Nomadic University — Global Nomad University — is an educational project consisting of a set of short master’s-level courses. It was created to build a bridge between a first higher education degree obtained in CIS countries and global master’s education, as well as to prepare students for admission to master’s programs at European universities.

Our students are active early- and mid-career professionals who want to develop their profession in the global world or acquire a new profession in demand in the global economy. Having been forced to leave the country where they received their first education, they are looking for new places to live and work. This does not allow them to stay in one country for a long time, and they remain constantly on the move. That is why our courses are short — only five weeks — but very intensive: 60 academic hours, including the preparation and defense of the Final Course Project.

Certificates & Defenses

Successful completion of the course concludes with the preparation and defense of a Final Course Project. This may take the form of a short presentation or an essay dedicated to the creative interpretation and development of one of the course topics or key issues, completed under the supervision of the course instructor.

A Defense Committee is formed for the defense of the Final Course Project. It consists of the course instructor, the Dean of the University, and an invited instructor who attended the course sessions.

Following the defense, participants receive a Certificate indicating the course title, the instructor’s name, and the title of the defended course project.

The Certificate has a number, a date of issue, and is signed by the members of the Defense Committee.
