Course Description
The course is for those who take care of their health through the tuning of the internal forces of the body, seeking to understand how the Qi energy lives and moves in us.
Qigong is an ancient art of controlling the vital energy of Qi. In this course, you will take the first step towards inner balance, learn to hear your body, feel the flow of energy and find peace inside – in any circumstances.
Qigong is not just a set of sequential smooth movements, but a path to longevity, stability and inner freedom.
The course is devoted to the study of the basic principles of health qigong in the context of the classical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Participants will get acquainted with the concepts of vital energy Qi, the principles of its circulation in the human body and methods of harmonization through movement, breathing and concentration.
The practical basis of the course is the study of one of the most famous classical Qigong complexes – Ba Duan Jin ("Eight Pieces of Brocade"), which is traditionally considered the "pearl" of health qigong.
