You will become acquainted with the main authors of Georgia’s classical literary heritage and will be able to better understand the history and national character of the people of this ancient country.

An essay on one of the course topics.
Approximate topics for course projects:
- The eternal problem of the essence of human life. Ilia Chavchavadze.
- The influence of Georgian traditions on the formation of personality and its integration into society. Vazha-Pshavela.
- Complex and relevant issues of social life: the need to protect folk customs, the moral integrity of the individual, and the role and responsibility of the educator in raising the younger generation. Akaki Tsereteli.
- The theme of love and separation in the works of Galaktion Tabidze.
- The image of a king with human passions and a contradictory nature — Konstantine Gamsakhurdia.
- A presentation must be prepared for the defense of the assigned topic.
