Course Topics

  1. The World Is Changing — How Can You Earn from It? Global Changes:

The world is moving away from old economic models — new technologies, new rules of the game. The “right turn.” There is no longer a need to live in one place — business and finance are moving online. Eastern Europe, Asia, and Georgia are becoming new centers of attraction for investors.

  1. Crises Mean New Opportunities! What Is Happening in the World?

Inflation, crises, the banking sector is stagnating… But what is growing? The digital economy, fintech, and real estate. The dollar is losing ground, while China and Asia are becoming new centers of power. Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and startups are no longer the future — they are already the present.

  1. Real Estate in Georgia — When, What, and Where to Buy? What Is Happening in the Global Real Estate Market?

In Europe, housing prices are falling; in the United States, the market is stagnating. In Georgia, however, there is stable growth: +15% over the past 2 years. Tourism, immigration, and digital nomads are driving increasing demand for housing.

  1. How to Avoid Mistakes When Buying Real Estate? What Are Investors Afraid Of?

Unfinished construction projects — when the developer collects money and disappears. Incorrect documents — when you buy an apartment but cannot live in it. Chaotic development, urban planning, and how these factors may affect Georgia’s investment attractiveness.

  1. Where to Move Next? Where to Invest?

IT and startups — Georgia is among the top countries for digital nomads.

Tourism and the hotel business — 10 million tourists a year, while there are not enough places to stay. Agribusiness in Georgia — market indicators and growth points, from production to selling products on the international market.
