  2. Physiology of the Cardiovascular System: the main types of existing pathologies and groups of medications that can affect the functioning of the heart and blood vessels.

Course Learning Outcomes

Through the analysis of several diseases, you will understand how closely physiology and pharmacology are connected, and you will also try to prescribe treatment yourself in a proposed case.

Knowledge Assessment Format

A 5-slide presentation in which the student should present their understanding of a disease, with the case proposed by the lecturer, explain the physiological changes in the body, and suggest treatment strategies based on the course material.
